68 Wiper Door
Was having a vacuum issue on my 68, headlights were very slow to open and the wiper door wouldn't come up.
Replaced the wiper door actuator which cured the headlight issue but now the wiper door takes over a minute to open when I turn on the wipers. Is this another vacuum issue or is it electrical?

Check the wiper door relay up under the RH fender.
You had a vacuum leak. Replacing the wiper door actuator would not have helped the headlights much, other than restore leaking vacuum.

I knew the wiper door actuator was bad because if I removed the two hoses and blocked the ends, the headlights would work better.
I'll check the relay when I get a chance.
