Anyone running ceramic pads ?
What are the best pads?
I have been looking at EBC.??
The pads I have now squeal like a truck, will ceramic stop that?
And who has the lowest price that will ship to Canada?

I put a set in the front of an older Cadillac that uses Semi Metallics. After installing the Ceramics I did not care for the Braking action. It did not brake quite as well IMO. Took more pedal pressure. I left them in but I probably wouldn't use them again on an older vehicle. That's my experience.

You might remove your pads, lightly sand the rotors and put them back in and use anti-rattle adhesive on them. Might try some other pads if that doesn't work.

I use them on my daily drivers, and they are great I did install them on a C-6 last year and the owner loved them cause , no more brake dust and squeaking, Ron

One of my mags did a nice article this month on the differences between a variety of pad and rotor materials. I think it was Hot Rodding. Not all are created equal. Check it out. Very informative. For instance, lots more brake dust with most organic pads. Matching to rotor material can be an issue also.
