Should be way up the driver's side floor board area. It should be about 1" blue plastic square looking thing.

Good luck

I have an '81 and when I was looking for it someone told me sit in the car and stick my left hand up the dash and feel around for a small box and to gently pull it down. I was skeptical at first but after I had visually looked for it with no luck I tried it and sure enough I found it.

Horn relay is above the fuse panel. Check this site for all the 78' wiring diagrams.

I replaced the horn relay and it finally works! It doesn't sound very manly but I'm so happy because it is the cheapest/easiest thing I've had to fix so far.

Thank you for the help!
