Torq Thrust II - Pics to Share on Car?

that has been around for a long time that price would come down a little
but I guess its because they are still a very popular wheel to put on just about
anything.
I have Boyd Codington junk yard dog wheels on mine for about the same price
as the torque thrust but are slightly different, might be another choice.
Another good choice at a reduced cost is the Boss 338 wheels. I just put
these on my lowered 92 GMC truck. These wheels are very easy to keep clean,
compared to a custom billet wheel and give a great look to any ride. I
don't have pictures of the truck yet to post.
Reds73 is the car that inspired me, that is one sweet ride.

My wife (Goldielocks) says 235/60-16's on 16X8 wheels are just the right fit
Lowered 1" front/rear, no ground clearance issues, cheap VR speed rated tires.

If it is any help... my 17x8 TTII wheels have an -11mm offset and a 4" backspace. They fit my 1980 with stock trailing arms and the stock brakes. I've since changed the brakes to SSBC calipers and rotors and still have no clearance issues with the wheels at all. Hope this helps.

Lots of good info here. Anyone deal with these guys http://www.wheelsforless.com/detail.aspx?ID=1453 The wheels are 17"x8" with a 4.5 back space, going on a White 81. Your thoughts?

For Corvette, think wide and low.

Burning Brakes
Not the best pics, but maybe a cheaper alternative : Coys C5 (225 55 17). Rear longer spring bolts will be installed soon, the front looks ok.

Melting Slicks
I had already installed offset trailing arms on the car as I had some 15" vintage slotted mags I was going to use and would have needed them for those. Changed my mind to the TT wheels. They very well may have fit with just moving the parking break bracket on the standard arms as others have done.
