Default Please help me decode this big block...
Looking at a car where the numbers do not exist on the front pad. Seems it was machined away. Here are the numbers from the back of the block where it bolts to the trans.

'14015445'

a little above that is a 'G2P'

More towards the pass side is a '324'

1978-1990 454 block..
324 could be a date. .probably march 2nd, 1984?
