New Rosewood Steering Wheel
Thanks to Eric Freeman at Freemans Design, I got the perfect wheel. I love the feel of the teak wheel I had in my '66, and wanted something that would feel solid like that for my '69, but was darker. So Eric hooked me up with this beautiful rosewood 15" wheel with standard factory brushed aluminum spokes. It looks great and feels amazing. I got the wife to buy it for my b-day!

Thats real nice, I hate the feel of that sticky old black one I have in my '72, and since I have the saddle tan interior I allways thought a teak wheel or one like you have would be a lot nicer.I met Eric Freeman at Carlise a few years back and he had some real nice ones for sale, but I never followed up on it.(I think they were right around 500 bucks).
Again, good luck with it, it should last forever
Regards
Roy

Don't know what he has for later cars, but many, many forum members are satisfied customers. Quality is top drawer. You pay for quality.

Revine, I just got my new wheel from Eric Freeman. I must say, it's beautiful craftsmanship, but the grip's girth is VERY thin! Its quite a change from the leather wheel I was use to. Did you have the same feelings?
And I'm wondering if the wheel at Eckler's feels like a beefier grip size??!
