76 interior in a 69?

76 interior in a 69?
Will the dash components from a 76 fit into a 69? Has anyone done this? I noticed the 69 has a metal reinforcing bracket that runs from the driver side to the pass side. Can I just remove it? Any input would be appreciated.

Leave the dash brace in the '69. With the exception of the steering column and wheel, all the 76 interior stuff will go in the 69 if that's the way you want to go. 76 tach is electric and the 69 is mechanical. 69 oil pressure gauge is mechanical.
You will need the wiper door solenoid off the rear of the '69 tach.
