I bought the outer from Dr. Rebuild and yes the inner is discontinued. I am still searching for the inner. If I come across a source I will let you know.

I don't need one, I am selling this one but I needed to know what it was called. This one is in mint condition and I figured someone out there restoring a car to NCRS specs might be looking for one.
