Whats the chances of finding a 1980,81,82 vette with airbags installed?

0 They were not installed in Corvettes of this vinatge.

Nill.

They did not come out on Vettes until '90.

Trying to retrofit them to earlier years would be too expensive.

and very dangerous. A while back some company claimed to be coming out with retro fit airbags for older cars. Problem is that car companies spend millions of dollars making sure that the airbag doesnt kill the people it is trying to save.
