426 Hemi C3

A LONG time ago I heard of someone stuffing a hemi in a C3...anyone ever seen or heard of this ? I can't believe it would fit....but it would be sweet !

???

In all reality, anything can be accomplished, given enough time and money, but a Hemi in a C-3.....WHY??

The Hemi is pretty big, and way too heavy. For the $$ it would cost, a well built, aluminum big block Chevy would be a far better choice, assuming it was being done for "go" and not the novelty of "show"....

I was just looking to see one.....I wouldn't do it myself...nor could I afford to ! Just thought it would be cool to see...on someone else's car..!

I remember seeing an early C3 several years ago in a Magazine(don't remember which one) with a 426 hemi. On the side of the car was painted Dodge-Oley.(that spelling may not be exact)

Well those are truck tires and he has the Mopar pentagon where the Stingray would be. Not to mention the Surf casting rods and holders hanging off the front bumper.
