Yes, finally!
I now have a working speedometer. Feels so great having it fixed finally, it hasn't worked for over 2 years! Transducer was bad, so I just by passed it with a non-cruise control cable. however, project #2 did not fair so well. While I had the speedo out, I switched over to blue LED bulbs, but I only got three working! To be fair, the lights in the Tach haven't worked in over 2 years either, new bulbs made no difference. I couldn't get the left and right lowest lights on the speedo to work either. To top it off, the right turn signal bulb quit working as well. Le sigh. In a few weeks I'll get back in there to at the very least get the turn signal bulb working. In case you're wondering, the turn signal and other "service" bulbs were not switched to LED.
