Default AN fuel lines-tutorial

I'd like to plumb my fuel line from pump to carb with AN fittings but have never worked with them . Can someone recommend a tutorial and or give me words of warning/hints?

Thanks
John

Screw your fittings on to your pump, and to your carb. If you look on the side of the fitting there's a line on it, that's where your hose ends up on the inside of the fitting. Measure how much hose ya need off those lines.
When you go to cut the hose wrap tape tight but not too tight around the hose. Use a die grinder with a cut off wheel if ya got it in the middle of the tape.
When you go to put the hose in the fitting make sure you don't fray the end or your screwed. Shove the hose it the end, oil up the male end of the fitting and tighten it up.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I have miles of this stuff on my race car!

Oh ya, MAKE SURE you blow the hose out with compressed air before you final mout the line!!!

Here is a previous thread:

I prefer thin cut-off wheels (.040 / .045) on a mini grinder to cut the stainless.

This is an interesting article commenting on both 45* and 37* flares.
