Default Speedometer?
My speedometer is not working. I had the cable replaced professionally, but when I drive it goes up to 40MPH, when I know that I am at least doing 80 or 90 on the highway. Any ideas on what it could be?

what year is your car and does it have cruise control?
did it work before?
