The core support gives alot of support in that area... are your fenders broken loose between the firewall and teh core support? they should not be that loose. Is your nose support and front fender skirt traingular braces in?
...Is it ok to move the car with the radiator support out?...
Possibly, but not very far. The support is a major component in the stability of the front end fiberglass.
You could probably get away with pulling the body out from under the engine at engine lift time. It would be better to roll the cherry picker away from the car.
When mine was apart...ie: core support, triangular hood surround braces, nose rod support - absolutely - FRAGILE is the word.
But with only the core support out - it should NOT be wobbly. Obviously - you do not want to lean hard on it at this point. Otherwise something else is wrong.... most likely fenders not bonded at fender skirts.
If you buy some roller skates for the car- you will be able to roll it away as Mike suggests. Be carfule to get the engine hoist high enough though.
