I got out for my 1st cruise this year. (only 6 weeks late). At long last I got the dash wiring fixed (mostly checked over) and the dash back together. Didn't think I was going to ever get it back together.
Got a GREAT tune-up (carb and timing) by the local race expert and does it ever go now
While cruisin' around I ran into a friend with his new (to him) Harley. We cruised around for awhile and took a couple of pics.
Looking good and the scenery ain't too bad either! We either have similar tastes in cars or just ended up with twins. Must feel good to be back on the road again. My low-mileage car came out of the northwest...must be something about the weather there that keeps them inside
Glad she is back together,Shmok. You too!
You sure have some beautiful scenery. If I could find a shop to relacate me up there....I'd be there in a heartbeat....
The thread title scared me, I wasn't sure if I wanted to open this one Clifford!
Glad to see you got it back together and the weather held out for you.
I trust that speedometer is okay?
Yes the speedometer seems to be okay. BUT after the tune-up the needle seems to go up very fast now

Come on up There's always a shop or two that's empty around here. I'm sure we could find one that would suit you. have you looked at a map as to where I'm at though??? Gurantee you would get lots done in the winter as you would NOT be driving them.
Awesome pictures, but I have to ask...what happened to the right rear center cap? Such a gorgeous car, you gotta get that taken care of
OOPS Sorry about that. I was just being lazy. Getting (actually on today) new tires and was too lazy to put the center cap on until the new tires are on. They are on now and if I keep driving it like the old ones are on it I will need new tires again soon.
If I remember correctly, you had a short season last year due to surgery. Glad to see you and that great looking Vette are out and about.
BTW your river run off is way lower than ours right now. We are drowning in rain for over a month now Good motivation to stay in the shop for me however.
Yellow vettes and black Harleys go together...or any colors for that matter. Made in America.
I wish we could get the Harleys and the Vettes together. White 80 w/ sidepipes, Black 08 w/ procharger, Denim black 2010 Streetglide and a Denim black 09 Crossbones. Badass and American
