none working gauges 79

Installed new printed circuit panel in center gauges. None of the gauges are working. Lights work when on but no gauges. Fuse is good, tested ceramic resisters. They show conductivity when a tester is used, not sure if supposed too or not?

Make sure you have 12v on the pink wire at the plug with ignition on. If so, make sure you have a good ground.
