I have been bitten severly by the while I am at it bug. The dash harness was a fire trap and so I am also replacing the heater and engine harness while I have the car gutted. While I am waiting for them to get here I am cleaning up and pressure washing the engine compartment. I checked the engine ID and the pad says KO2 20 CNV and thats all. It is a 350 but I am wondering if it is the engine that came in this car. Does anyone know? thanks Skip

Nope not the original engine. "K" is St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada engine plant. All Corvette small blocks came from Flint, MI which was a "V" code (or an "F" prior to 67).
"CNV" is a 70 Impala/Caprice 350cu, 250hp, 2bbl with a Turbo Hydro trans.
