Default Testing a Horn
I have two old horns and would like to test them..... need advice.

Just ground the body of the horn and apply 12v? No reduction in current?

That's correct and why cars need a horn relay. The horn button makes a low voltage contact and the relay makes the 12 volt contact.

ahhhhh - the horn button sends the low voltage signal and then the horn relay applies 12v.

Both are B notes.... and a OEM left and a OEM right... !!!

One works - one just clicks.
