Right blinker slow ONLY when headlights on.
If headlights are off, the blinkers and gauges work fine. However, when I turn on the headlights, the right turn indicator light in the tach illuminates and stays lit as long as the lights are on. Then, when I use the right blinker, it is slow.
I have verified that all the lights seem to be working when the blinkers are on. dont know why the indicator would turn on though and stay on.
I could use any ideas on where to start chasing this down. thanks.

ps. i just got a front end alignment yesterday and really drove my car for the first time. it was worth it.

Its a ground issue somewhere. I had the same sort of related problem. Everything would work fine until i turned on the headlights. then the left front parking lamp wouldnt come on and the left turn signal indicator in the dash would light up. traced it to a cracked bulb housing. once i replaced that everything worked like it should.
