Please respond on how easy the hooker BBC sidepipes went on. After reading all of the horror stories about how hooker pipes had to get sent back time after time because of poor quality or fitment I am leary of trying them on my 72 454. I am seriously thinking about getting the stainless XS power set because supposedly they fit great but I really want ceramic coated.

I did have on header showed up with a dented collector.
When I told Summit about it they sent me another set.
Fortunately, I didn't have any fitment issues.

I was going to ship my side pipes to a buyer, and found that the cost was about anything I was willing to pay, anywhere from 35 to 200$. if you don't know the ins and outs of shipping, how to get it done cheapest and how to pack and insure, plan on the 200. I got lucky and I found a buyer who would come pick them up.
