help down loading pic's to my garage

Oversimplified, whenever there is a browse button available all you have to do is click on the image file you have in your computer which you wish to upload, but otherwise you have to insert a link to wherever the image is hosted online. Help forum below should have all the info you need...

Ya I down loaded one pic and I'm going to down load more just cant figure out how to put them in the my garage. Plus when I down load or attempt to down load my profile pic it keeps saying there is an error on the page and it cant be done.
