Engine decoding
I dont know if this is against the rules, but I have a non original engine in my 69 vette that I would like to know more about. These are the numbers that I found on it.
GM 3970010 K 1
C54118423
KO3 25 TYU
If anyone could help e decode these, as well as tell me how they decoded them that would be great to learn

Your engine originally came from a 1975 Chev light commercial vehicle:
TYU 1975 350 van & bus L LS9 165hp 4bbl C-20 to 3500
It was built at McKinnon industries in St. Catherines Ontario on March 25th
C54118423 is a derivative of the VIN
