I had a customer with a real nice orange 76 C3 run into the same bridge about 2 years ago and commit suicide. 
I go over ,under or around that bridge several times each day.
There are people all over the area today just walking around and taking pictures , kinda creepy. Looks like the cops have their hands full trying to keep people off the interstate.

I have always looked at the Smart Car as a death trap, but after seeing this video i'm not so sure.
However, every blood vessel in your body would probably rupture from such an inpact.
