Pulls hard to the right
1974, C3 unmolested but sat a looooong time. When you let go of the wheel it wants to pull hard to the right. Driving it does not pull at all. It does not pull like bad alignment, it drives straight. Let go of the wheel and it wants to yank to the right. Ideas?

Maybe a dragging brake?
Other thoughts are possibly a bad tire or an issue with the power steering control valve.
When you say it drives straight but let go of the wheel it yanks right, do you mean it yanks to the right when driving or wants to turn right when stopped? I don't quite follow what you said.

She drives straight with no pulling, but let go of the wheel and it is like someone yanks the wheel to the right. Just like a hard pull to the right. Tires are new Dunlops. Had a bad leak in the steering cylinder, but rebuilt it. It is strange. No pull when driving just like all of a sudden yank to the right.
