paint code needed

I need to paint a pair of mirrors, but not sure of the paint code. The car is supposedly painted 1973 Corvette silver irredesent. Is there such a color? Thanks.

No Corvette Silver Irredescent, but there was a silver. http://www.corvettepaintcodes.com/ These codes are for the original acrylic lacquer.

Mark - go to an automotive paint supplier. They have a device they can place on your car - a camera like scope. Then mix the paint to match. Worked great on my Guards red 76.

For the 73 paint codes you can check out the '73 Spot below.

But it would be best to just have a good paint shop mix the paint to match the car.

Thanks for all the replies. I do have access to the paint camera, but I'll need them to come to my house. I think i've put 65 miles on the car in the last 4 years.

Maybe I'll get lucky tomorrow at Carlisle and see a Corvette the same color.
