Looking to replace automatic shift lever
The chrome lever in my `76 C3 is peeling badly. The ****, spring and push button are fine though. I looked around at various vendor sites and I don't see anywhere to order just that part. I can order an entirely new shifter but I'd much rather just buy the lever. Anybody know where I should look?
I also had my rear view mirror break off yesterday so I'll need to order one of those too. Hopefully i can just buy the little swivel bracket. The mirror itself is fine. I was backing up in a busy area and all of a sudden it fell down on the dash. It takes the mind a few moments to process a sudden change of perspective like that.

Was it just the adhesive that gave out on the mirror?
As for the lever, it looks ike it may be discontinued. The part number is 3949083 (I believe, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.)

The mirror bracket with the little swivel ball on it broke. The mirror is good. I found a new bracket at Corvette Depot (Canada). The one that broke was new too. Looked liked pretty crappy metal.

Here's the little part that broke. The price indicates it's made of solid gold so they must have hit it with a coat of cheap silver paint to fool thieves
