Default parts interchange questions...

Can anyone tell me if control arms and a monospring from a 72 will work on a 78? Is there much interchangeable between the two.

I have a 78 and have some spare 350 parts lying around. So I placed a for sale or trade ad in CL. A gentelman contacted me saying that he has a 72 and plenty of parts willing to trade for the 350. Im just having a hard time figuring out if they will work. Any help would be appreciated

Look up the parts in Corvette Central. I think the springs are different widths , Might have to change your rearend cover. Control arms should work

The spring probably won't fit (76 = 2 1/4", 78 = 2 1/2"). The control arms will fit. Let me know if you need help with the spring.
