I'm guessing that's early '70s. Lots of "now and wow" from back in the day on that car. Flares, deep dish slotted wheels, one piece grill, and yes that wing. While it may look out of place now it was the HOT then.

This photo had to have been taken around 77/78 based on the Impala and Monza in the background.

Hey, I had the very same hood,think its an eklers. I had the vents removed to convert it to a standard cowl. Vents were to 80's for me!
Lock-n-load...might I suggest a good eye doctor to make an appointment with? The white Corvette in the first post clearly has chrome bumpers front and rear! That combined with the aforementioned Stingray emblems above the 68/69 fender gills makes this a 69. It also has a short hood which further confirms this.
