New hood
Well my parents showed up with my new hood today. It looks great, color is off but I can take care of that one day when I get it painted (thanks omegac1 that transaction worked out great), now all I have to do is make time to change it out. Maybe this weekend but most likely when I get back from the cruise my wife and I are going on. So if anyone is interested I'll have a 1971 454 hood, grill and wiper door for sale soon.

My advice is to hang on to that factory big block hood and the wiper door assembly.
You might not think so now, but when you do want to go back to stock those will be hard to find..... and expensive
