Default are T-tops adjustable?

Hello,
I recently purchased a 1977 car with t-tops, and the passenger side sits slightly high on the back/outboard side. Is there any adjustment to fis this?

Anyand all help is greatly appreciated

There are adjustments and shimming that can be done to the roof panels! However, trying to get both tops to match each other is pretty much impossible.

You can adjust the height of the panels by adding or subtracting shims on the tongue that slides in to the top receiver but this will be limited by the fit of the t-top weatherstrip.

On the same subject, is there a way to adjust the gap between the tops?

Most of the assembly instruction manuals (AIMs) have a blurb on factory adjustment for the tops.

Work in small increments.

There is a lot of adjustment room. Put the tops on a soft surface. Remove the interior panels VERY carefully. Remove two screws, on each side. Use a puddy knife to pry apart the velcro type fasteners CAREFULLY. If one breaks off, epoxy it back in place.
Next, slightly loosen all the attachment points. Place the tops back on the car and position them as evenly & closely as possible at the center as possible. It's good to have a helper hold the tops in place here while you tighten everything up. You may need several shims for the center locating spades to be lowered to allow the tops to sit closer together.
This will also cause the weather strips to be further away from the window top edge. You'll need to adjust the windows to snug up the seal.

First thing I would check is to push on the high spot. I thought mine was out of adjustment. When I pushed on it the corner went down. It was the top delaminating from the frame and it just needed to be epoxied back together.
