Default Nice day for a drive

Nothing better than a sunny day and a drive in the vette.

What were some of the cars you saw there? Did you take any pics? It was a nice day here but it seemed everyone and their grandmother was on the road. I went down this road because traffic was backed up in Salem. I had to go around the long way but it was worth it.

sorry, no pics. we were in and out of there in about 2.5 hrs. mainly in the car corral. the only chrome bumper c3 i saw was a 69 BB. it was silver. they were asking 38k. it looked like it was in descent shape. couple nics here and there. there were lots of camaros and chevelles but prices were like 48-50k and these cars were far from perfect. ILL TRY TO GET IN A RIDE TOMORROW before football comes on.

Today was a perfect day for taking the Vette out in Mass. I had a big-band gig today and I was thinking of taking the Vette but I was worried about wiping out the exhaust system on the entrance to the park. I might have been OK but I'm glad I didn't take the risk. I'll definitely take the car out tommorow.

Thank you for starting this thread, so I don't have to start my own. Beautiful here as well, and we will be going out soon. Had a nice but way too short drive yesterday to and from Cars and Coffee and the vette tells me it wasn't enough and wants some exercise today, so am going to oblige.

(Did a doubletake on your pic. At first quick glance thought you had a Greyhound Bus coming straight at you! )

Got cloudy this afternoon, but it was still nice to be out driving the vette. Raining now... and where I come from, rain is a good thing!

It it almost over up here. Must get in a couple more drives in, to see the colors, and then they fall, and then it snows.
