Very interesting, but don't think that is what the NCRS is trying to sell. That looks like a carbon imprint of a window sticker. Must be a document that was sent to the dealer. I've heard the term before, but never seen one.
The Car Shipper document is essentially a window invoice without the pre-printed wording of a blank window invoice before the specific car invoicing data is printed on it.
It is a very neat piece of factory information, and lots of Corvette owners were lucky enough to receive it with their other Corvette paperwork from the selling dealer when purchasing a Corvette new back then.
That particular example above is for a 1970 model, car # 11,499.
...Is the document NCRS is distributing related to this one or derived from it?...
Not sure. The NCRS info contains only the dealer name, address, code, and date the car was to have been shipped. The NCRS info does not contain options or prices.
