You really don't need numbers. Most vendors sell all the parts necessary for the rebuild. It's the tools you might not have. I believe you'll need a press for the new bearings, new bushings etc...
There are some very reasonable rebuild services that would run around 275 each with your trailing arms used for the rebuild or as refundable cores.
Check on line. Here's a few.

There are a lot of places that sell these already assembled, found it to be not much more expensive & a lot easier..........and in my case not worth the time & hassel !! Just my .02
This company has great rebuilding services for your trailing arms. Can buy new as well. At their prices, it is cheaper to have them rebuild your arms. The cost of tools itself brings the repair way over their prices.
Want some Been There, Done That advice? Ship your arms and rotors to one of the rebuilders and let them do it. They can have your pair professionally rebuilt, guaranteed, and shipped back to you in the time it could take to do one yourself.
Most places like Van Steel have kits with everything you need. what will get you is all the special tools needed to rebuild the arms. I know because I have been buying me all the tools lately and most are not cheap.
