I purchased the tach. board from Willcox 6 months ago but I just installed it and found its not working properly, put a question in the tech. sec and Willcox told me to send the board back to them for checking, but when he knew that I'm out of US and it will cost me more to send it back, he just asked me to keep the board and he sent me another one FOR FREE! .. even they paid for the shipping!! .. the tach. is working fine with the new board, and they now have a life time customer.

Willcox, again you raised the bar for the other vendors!

I had that tach board problem last year. They took care of it pronto. I will buy all of my Vette stuff from them.
