Default sound from muffler
Wondering if anyone can help me out. I am hearing like a clanging type noise coming from the under the rear through the mufflers. I just replaced with new mufflers about a year ago. The best I can describe the noise is that it sounds like someone is clanging a spoon inside a pot!!! Sorry for the poor description but it's the best i can do. Any suggestions?

Possibly the pipes hitting the middle crossmember. The one with the two holes through which the pipes go through.

mine was hitting the spare tire cover and rattling like crazy when I was stopped at a light. Easy fix

mine hits my crossmember every now and then i always forget to replace the clamp i have down there

might be your cat converter.........they can start clanging a bit when they get tired!,, especially on initial warm up of engine.
