Default 1976 Temp Question

The 76 Corvette I bought has had the rear end changed out to I think a 370 rear end. The motor also has had some work done to increase horsepower but not shure what was done to it although the decal on the air filter chrome says 370 HP. Anyway around town it runs under the 200 degree mark but on the interstate it runs at 200 degrees or maybe just a tad over 200. I know the rear end has been changed because when running at 70 MPH the speedometer says anout 90 or 95 which I know the car is not going that fast. Anyway do you think this temp reading is ok or should I try replacing the thermosthat. I have just had the radiator cleaned out at the radiator place and a new fan clutch put on. Is this temp ok or not? Thanks
