What does the small slide switch (to the left of the climate controls) operate? Thanks

Post a pic. I'm guessing optional rear window defroster. Is it in the owner's manual?

Congratulations. Check the storage compartment behind the passenger's seat and the glove box. The original owner's manual might be in there.

the rear window defroster is the the switch to the left of the heater control panel. lots of good luck and enjoyment with your new purchase!
