steering help

Has anyone out there used the steering gear box from Ecklers with the internal hydraulic boost as opposed to the valve and cylinder underneath the car? Considering using this on a non power steering car.

Is that the same as the "jeep" box from Corvette Steering? If so, I don't have one but I have driven one and was very impressed.

Thanks for the response. I am going to install this unit in the street car or the road race car. My preference is the race car , but was unsure if it could stand the abuse. Your input is appreciated
