Frogtape?
I bought some Frogtape (the newer GREEN masking tape) that is supposed to be superior for minimum paint bleed.
I've never used it before - Now I'm reading the label and it says it is for "latex" paint!
Anyone have experience using this with spray enamel?
Or should I just take it back and use regular masking tape

I think it will work ok but just won't seal to it's full potential. The water in the latex activates some kind of gel in the tape and makes it seal along the edges. I've used it around the house and it does do a nice job with latex.

You will be fine if you use pretty well any real 3M product.
Big difference than the discount store stuff.
The blue is basically a "homeowner grade" with less adhesion and greater sunlight protection on the adhesive. I wouldn't use it.

I used it to outline a red border when I epoxy coated my garage floor. It worked very well and came up quite easily, but the Wolverine epoxy coating I used is incredibly thick compared to paint.

I can attest that stuff works great... with latex paint.
