I have taken apart my leaf spring in order to clean it up and replace the liners. Unfortunately, I don't have the money right now to upgrade during my resto project... Mine has ten pieces; however, all of the liner kits are for 7 or 9 leaf springs. What's up with that? Is one of them not considered a "leaf?" I'm assuming I need liners to go between each piece. Any thoughts. Thanks again guys!!
I have a full set (minus one) of new leaf liners and 1 spray can (unused)of spring paint. Got them from Quanta.
I will find out which liner is missing.
I think it is one of the small upper ones - I will post back in a little bit.
Maybe you can salvage the missing one from your originals and reuse it.
You can have the items if you want, just pay the shipping.

I looked - it is either the 1st smallest or 3rd smallest one -
My guess is the 1st
Just let me know and I will send it out to ya

You are right. That was pretty awesome! I hope that I can do the same for someone to sort of "pay it forward." I'll definitely keep my eyes open. I bought my second Vette (a '76) back in March and have been involved in a full restoration. Ever since, I have been amazed at how eager the forum community has been to help me solve many issues that I have faced. It is good to know that Corvette owners still share the bond that ownership has been know for for so long. Thanks everyone!
