What adhesive will give the best bond' and how do I need to prep the area..do I need to remove the whole thing and can I just add the adehsive to the affected area and C-clamp it until it cures?

The fiberglass to metal fusor product is fusor 127. It is a 2 part epoxy that mixes itself with a twin cartridge gun and disposable nozzle. Excellent stuff; have used it before. I think they also make faster setting versions of 127 as well.
