Not to be a wise guy, but did you kick her out? You know that's what would have happen to you if the coin was flipped.
Do you know how long the affair has been going on? Are you on speaking terms?
It seems since she's the one that want's out, she should burden the bulk of the lawyer fees.
When my parents divoriced(SP?), My Mother's lawyer was better than the one representing my Dad. He got screwed, and she also was the one who left. Make sure you have a good lawyer, who will stand up and fight for you.
