Default gas additive

I have a 67' with the 350HP engine. It is all original and has never been apart. I have been adding lead additive to every tankful for over 20 years.I drive the car occasionally and don't beat on it. Do I need the lead additive? I am being told from a top engine builder that the soft valve seats will be OK if you don't hammer the gas pedal. Thoughts?? Also if I should continue to use the additive what would you recommend? I have depleted my supply and will need to purchase more.

Not necessary.
Numerous studies have proven this.
Don't use in my 55 pickup for years.
