How do you paste the actual pic on the page and not just the link?

You need the IMG tags -

 

Just click on the "Insert Image" icon in the toolbar and paste the URL of the image in the box that opens up, or put a set of image tags on either side of the image URL (leave out the "Img source" part of the code).

The tags look like this... [img]Your Image URL[/img]
