I dropped the tank in my girl last night and "discovered" the build sheet and what I believe to be the original spare. Can someone send me to a site where I can breakdown the codes on the build sheet for axle ratios? Thanks for your time and be safe.
The code for the axle ratio is not listed on your tank sticker. You need to look for the stamp on the carrier housing, on the bottom mounting flange, just forward of the cover. My '69 stamp says:
2 AU 4169 W
AU is for 427 3.36 ratio 4169 is for April 1, 1969 W is for Warren MI assembly plant
PS - that still might not be your actual ratio. Somebody could have easily changed it.

Congrats on finding your build sheet is a good condition. I dropped the tank on my 75 and was hoping to find one in the same condition as yours. All I got was a thin sheet of brown tinted paper with barely legible words on it.
That build sheet is a nice thing to have with your Corvette.
