I am so geeked! Just found out my new OEM bumper cover is ready for install Monday! When I bought the car in August it didn't have one! I hid the front end eyesore with a nose guard. Painted and ready - woohoo! Finally a winter project to cross off the list. Any one need a nose guard / bra?
Thanks. I dont see many blue/green C3's where I live, or listed for sale on many sites I frequent out of curiosity. Not my first choice in color, but got a great deal on it and is my first C3. My next C3 will be a 71 or 72 roadster - Steel Cities grey {or Cortez} with black interior, 4 speed.
Thanks Steve! I was in San Diego last week - almost getting come back! 77 and sunny!
You and I are in the same boat on that snowcast. Unbelievable! Just hope this leads to an early spring so we can get out and cruise! I go in my garage and look at her just sitting there. I go back in the house with a dumb smile on my face - my wife thinks Im nuts :-)

I did the same thing when I got my car. Once I got my plates and put the last screw in, it rained for 22 days straight. I just sat in the garage and stared at it wondering what it would be like to drive it.
What a great looking Vette. Have a '73 also that needs the front bumper. Where and cost for yours. How long did it take. What extras did you have to get for it? Are your front grills chrome tipped or all black? Sorry for all of the questions.
Manofsteel, I first ordered the fiberflex piece from Ecklers for $350.00, but would have been a lot of work to grind, sand, fit and paint. Returned that and bought the GM urethane OEM cover for $899.00+ the kit (left, right and top) - think that was $80.00 - shipping and tax was about $1,000. Found a local vette club member who painted and installed it for me at a great price. The grill is original, believe it is black die cast metal with chrome tipped front edge.
