Default Interior color change

I am in the process of getting some new seats (comfortable ones). every after market seats color don't match the interior unless I get black and change interior color to black from the blue factory. has anyone done color change?

Scat has seats I like, from their dimension they should fit my 1972 LT1.

you'll want to use these products for preping everything in your interior.

When it's 105 and the heat index is 112, it doesn't matter what color the interior is....you let the A/C run a minute before you close the door.

Ok, first, do you mean to buy interior, in a different color, or are you talking about, dying to another color. I don't think that was clear in your post.
I have dyed many interior parts to different colors. It is not that hard. The most important issue, is the cleaning and the prep work.
Now if you are just talking about changing color by buying new parts a different color, why not, it is your car and you can do what you like. Others may say it decreases the value, which is possibly true, but it can always be changed back.
I put a 72 red interior in my 73, which originally was medium saddle, I have the original pieces, kept. I just liked the 72 red in my white car.

If you are staying with a corvette seat, you can get later model seats covers in most any color for a little extra money. I installed 82 seats in my 76 and had dark brown seatcovers made in dark brown. Wilcox can answer any questions.
