Default Pics from "picnic at hanging rock" Melbourne Australia

It was a great turn out last Sunday at Hanging Rock with around 3000 cars on display.

The first few pics are of my 76 vette and along side it is my mates yellow Elfin.

3,000!

Looks like a great show and a great setting; it sure is nice to see something that reminds me of summer.

Love the Model A patrol car. Nice wheels too

Looks like a great day was enjoyed by all. A nice selection of North American iron and St. Louis fiberglass.

Great shots!

Thanks for sharing Jimo.

I believe it to be a volcano that has been extinct for thousands of years, its now a great place for rock climbing and family picnics.

They do have a horse race here once a year, although this year it had to be canceled as they couldn't get all the Kangaroos off the track!!! and they also have this car show around this time every year.

Looks like an HQ Holden. 72 maybe? I wondered how long it would take before someone asked what it was!
Cheers

I don't think it's a 72... don't all 72's have amber front lights?

Paint?? Possibly the blue-green factory color from the '73 vettes ?

Probably. We sold ours in 78 to buy an HX Monaro, so my memory is a bit murky!
