Default Enjoying the FL Weather

Now that I got my 72 back from the shop, it was time to enjoy this kick *** weather we have had in FL. Took her for a short cruise and then cleaned her up. Here are a few of the after pics. I think she cleans up pretty good

She still has a long way to go, but not a bad start!

Stunning! I love the color and the chrome! Is that an auto or 4 speed? Here in NJ we were flirting with 50 degrees this weekend and was 73 on Friday. She emerged from hibernation with a new exhaust system, oil change and her first bath of the season. It's been a long, cold, snowy winter and am finding every excuse to drive her!

Thanks! She has a TH400 auto.

The front bumper is quite tarnished and I think I will need to get it rechromed, but first I need to redo the rear suspension. But that will be next winters project. For now it is time to just enjoy it!

I used to get down there several times a year for the Shuttle launches but you know how that is going.

You can check out some of my work on my old web site; www.itpphoto.com - look around and navigate through to the launch section or here is a link; http://www.itpphoto.com/stock/shuttle/
I will really miss those trips, I used to have a place in Cocoa Beach and would always have to spend some money at Ron Jon's.

Anyhow, Im glad someone is enjoying good weather, it's nice here today but it is supposed to get cold again tomorrow.

Frank

Very cool shuttle pics. I especially liked the one with the moon in the background

It is definitely sad about the shuttle program, but I guess that is what they call "progress"

Very nice indeed.
One question, is it the angle of the shot, or is that antenna extra long ?????
It just looks longer than usual.

Yes it is a bit longer than an OEM antenna.
