81 Starter Harness Question

81 Starter Harness Question
Ordered the starter harness for an 81.
Red and purple are easy as they go to the starter.
There's are two that I don't knwo where they go:
1 - Black (which i think would go to ground)
1 - Plug with a light blue and a black on it. No clue where the plug goes.

Also, the distributor has a tach and power cable. Where to you typically get the power for the power led?
